Managing MyeSign Subscriptions

Users can manage their MyeSign subscription through the user settings.




Click on your profile name in the bottom left of your screen and then "Preferences."  If you are in a team plan or a real estate association managed plan, you may see additional options that allow you to manage these aspects of the plan (if you have the proper permissions).  If you are not able to edit team profiles, contact your plan administrator.  


Under the Subscriptions tab you will see the plan you are currently subscribed to, as well as options to upgrade to additional plans available to you in MyeSign.  


Click "Buy" or select any of the "Upgrade" options.  You can also choose to switch to an annual plan if you are subscribed to a monthly plan.  Follow the on screen prompts for setting up payment for your updated plan.
