The Billing Screen

myeSign gives you an easy to use dashboard for managing everything from subscriptions to members in one easy place.  You can navigate to the Billing dashboard by clicking User Profile>Settings>Billing Tab



Clicking "Change Plan" will take you to the Subscription page, where you can manage your current subscription.  See our how to article here.


You can prepay your subscription by using the "Manage Payment" option on the dashboard, as well as see your upcoming payment and current subscription information.


Add new members by clicking the "+Add Member" button in the "Total Number of Members" card on the dashboard.  Follow the steps outlined in our adding and managing members article.


Update your credit card by clicking the ellipses on the "Card Details" card.      You will be given the option to "Edit" or "Remove" your card.  Please note that if you remove the card without replacing it, you will lose your subscription at the end of your. billing cycle.  


When you click "Edit," a new scree will pop open, prompting you to enter your new card details:


 You can also send invoices to an alternate email or update your primary email by clicking the toggle and then clicking the save button in the top right of the Contact Info card. 

At the bottom of your dashboard, you can download PDF's of all of your invoices for your account.
