MyeSign gives Enterprises several tools to customize their account and member experience. Access your Company Profile Preferences through your user profile dropdown in the lower left hand corner of your view. If you do not see the Enterprise Profile or other related tabs, it may be because you do not have the correct permissions. If this is the case, contact your account administrator.
In your Enterprise Preferences, you will see a Profile Details page, where you can manage contact details for the organization, Social Media links, as well as address. You can even add a profile bio and website. Your members will be able to see this information, which serves as a quick access for contact information.
Once you update this information, be sure to click the green "Save" button in the top right of the profile page.
