Introduction of Shared Templates

We are excited to announce the launch of Shared Templates! This new feature allows you to share your document templates with your team seamlessly. Here’s what you can expect:

• Share Templates with Your Team: Collaborate effortlessly by sharing your templates with team members.
• Lock Templates: Maintain control over your workflows and annotations by locking templates, ensuring that team members cannot make unauthorized changes.

Improvement to Template Creation Workflow

We've made significant enhancements to the template creation process to improve efficiency and flexibility.  Please note that templates created before this release may need to be edited updated since the workflows have been modified.  Some workflows that were supported previously may no longer be supported in previously created templates:

• Role-Based Template Assignments: You can now create roles with predefined names and emails for individuals who must always receive a copy of or sign the document when it is deployed. For example, automatically include accounts payable when a purchase order template is used.
• Introduction of the "Copy" Type: The new "copy" type in the template creation process allows you to designate recipients who need to receive a copy of the document, streamlining your workflow.

Changes to the Login Experience

To enhance your security and simplify the login process, we’ve implemented the following changes:

• Introduction of PassKey Login: Enjoy a smoother and more secure login experience with our new PassKey login option.
• Improved Security Protocols: We have strengthened our security measures for both login and sign-up processes, ensuring your data remains protected.
