Bulk Sending Documents

Now with MyeSign you can send documents to to multiple people all at once and receive individually signed documents in return.  This is perfect for documents like:


  • Permission Slips
  • Enrollment Forms
  • Compensation Forms
  • NDA's
  • Onboarding Documents
  • Homeowner Association and tenant forms
  • Company Policy Documents


How to Use Bulk Send


  1. Upload a document or create or use a bulk template.  
  2. Add recipients (or upload a recipient list via the .csv upload). 
  3. Place and assign fields.
  4. Mark fields required as necessary. 
  5. Send the document.  

Once you have sent the document all of the recipients will receive their own unique version of the document to sign.  You will be able to track the status of each signature request right from your My Documents Dashboard.   


If you also need to sign the document, assign any fields you are required to sign to "Preparer."  As the preparer, you will be required to sign first in the the bulk signature request before the document is sent out to the rest of the signers.
