Release Notes for MyeSign: Product Improvements

We're excited to announce the latest updates and improvements to MyeSign, designed to enhance your digital signing experience. Here's what's new:

 Improved Comment and Reply Features

  • UI/UX Enhancements: Comment boxes are now better aligned within the documents, offering a cleaner and more intuitive user interface.
  • Bug Fixes: We've resolved issues where comments incorrectly appeared on completed documents.
  • New Toggle Feature: Users can now easily hide or unhide comments in the document at any stage of the signing process, enhancing readability and focus.

 Enhanced Customer Experience

  • Document Quota Notifications: Improved messaging and clearer call to actions now inform users when they have reached their document quota. This update ensures better transparency for users on limited document plans.
  • In-product visual countdown of how many documents are remaining so users can easily manage and plan document utilization.

 Bulk Sending Process Improvements

  • The Bulk Sending feature has been refined across all plans, ensuring a smoother and more reliable experience when sending documents to multiple recipients.

 Educational Messaging

  • Stage Specific Guidance: New messages have been added to educate users at various stages of the signing process, helping them understand the steps and features better.

 Improved Login Communication

  • Correct Email, Wrong Method Alert: We've improved notifications for users who use the correct login email but select the wrong method of signing in (Google vs. Email/Password), reducing confusion and streamlining the login process.

Role Based Document Template Bug Fixes

  • We have addressed and fixed several bugs related to editing role-based document templates, ensuring that document setup is more stable and user-friendly.

New Delivery Options for Completed Documents

  • Toggle for Receiving Documents: Users can now choose how to receive completed documents via a direct link only, or both link and email attachments. This provides more flexibility in how you receive and store your signed documents.

These updates are part of our ongoing commitment to improving your experience and ensuring MyeSign remains a leader in digital document solutions. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to bringing you even more enhancements in the future. Happy signing!
